7. Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Guarantee: You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your package to return unopened products for a full refund.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@vitastrainio.shop with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking and insurance for returns.

Opened Products: Opened or used packages cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
